It is a platform game with very varied graphics and situations, very colourful, and featuring a very special hero: Earth Worm Jim, a worm with a lot of resourcefulness.
Half way through the 1990s, Earth Worm Jim, in the hands of its creator David Perry, brought originality, a breathe of fresh air and a small amount of craziness to the 2D platform genre. It was so successful it spawned a TV series, dolls and other merchandising. High playability, excellent graphics for the time, sprites and scrolling that were perfectly defined, and high technical levels were the main attractions.
